Beef Salad


Beef Salad

You need:
Mixed green
Baby Spinach
Beef Cubes
Ground Coriander
Ground Cumin
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
Chilli
Mango Chutney

Directions:
Wash salad, drain. Slice chilli. Season beef with olive oil, coriander, cumin, salt and pepper to taste. Sear beef in pan over high heat. 2 minutes on one side and 1 minute on another. Remove from heat. Slice beef. Serve with salad, mango chutney sprinkled with bird-eye chillies.
